What we collect if you press Accept
With your consent we record how you use the site, so we can follow up if you ask us for a call:
- The pages you view and the country version of the site you use.
- The website you came from (host only) and any campaign tags in the link.
- Your browser language, your device type (phone or computer) and your country, taken from your connection. We do not keep your IP address.
- When you open the contact window, call us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call.
- A random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie.
- Your interest in our services, as a simple score built from the pages you view and how often you come back.
Analytics, only after you accept
Product analytics (page views and clicks on key buttons) run only if you accept. They use no cookies and build no profile of you. The analytics provider may use your IP address to estimate your country.
Error reports
If the site breaks, an error report is sent to our error-monitoring provider. It can include your IP address, your browser and the page where the error happened. We use it only to fix the problem.
Cookies
These are the only cookies this site sets:
- vx_locale: remembers the country you chose (1 year).
- vx_consent: remembers whether you pressed Accept or No thanks (6 months).
- vx_vid: the random visitor identifier above, set only if you accept (6 months).
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email, the country version you used and the date and version of the notice you agreed to. We use them only to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Messages about your project
If you write to us through the contact window, we store your name, email, phone (if you give it), your message, your budget range and the date and version of the notice you agreed to. We use them only to reply and to follow up on your request.
Record of your choices
We keep a record of when you accepted cookies, subscribed or sent a message, and which version of this notice applied. It contains no name or email, only the random visitor identifier. We keep it to be able to show what you agreed to.
Delete your data
With the button below you can delete, right now, the data tied to this browser. To delete data linked to your email, enter it and we will verify the request and delete the data. We keep only the record of your choices described above.
Who processes your information
We use service providers to run the site: a database for the information listed above (Supabase), product analytics (PostHog), error monitoring (Sentry), online booking (Cal.com) and the messaging apps you choose to contact us with. Some operate outside your country, including in the United States, so your information can be processed there.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us.
Delete my data
Delete what we hold about this browser right now, or ask us to delete the data linked to your email.
